Leafland Audio will refund the full purchase price if one or more of the following conditions are met (conditions marked with an asterisk (*) are required):

For downloaded content:

• Your bank/Paypal account was charged fraudulently
• You provide a valid reason for the refund
• The zip file has not been downloaded*
